My Grandmother often reminds me that the dirty laundry should be washed at home. It means that laundry, like secrets are personal and should not be shared with others. I've always had a problem keeping my thoughts to myself. I belive it does well to share with others. This way you obtain another perspective, the experience from someone in the same situation or atleast the comfort of being understood.
